The characteristics of DTF transfers
Your file will be checked by our graphic designers who will control the following parameters:
- Format of your file
- Respect of printing templates
- Fonts not broken down into curves / texts not vectorized…
- Checking the presence of non-vector elements
- Files with obvious problems with the desired rendering
- Color profile issue
- Transparency problem
- Problem of fineness (for the supporting white which guarantees the accuracy of the color when applied to colored textile supports)
At the end of these checks, a digital proof will be sent to you.

All prints are produced in France near Grenoble in Isère. All our prints are cut and delivered on boards free of charge.

We offer several delivery options with GLS, Chronopost, DHL Express, and Colissimo.
Shipping rates start from €8 ex. VAT for mainland France, with free shipping from €150 purchase.

We ship throughout Europe (Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, etc.) and to overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Saint-Barthélemy, etc.).

We will reprint any order with a print quality or adhesion problem. Please provide us with a photo of any issue you may have when submitting your support request.
